Pearla Revela has launched for Mac, proposing one editing workflow for RAW photos and video, with nodes connecting each adjustment to every finished version of a source file.
Swiss developer Pearla Mostra, the company behind Pearla Verana IV and its 14-bit RAW iPhone capture, is extending its workflow from capture to post-production. Revela was introduced earlier this year; the news now is the availability of the macOS edition.
One source, several deliverables
In its node graph, adjustments appear as individual connected steps. The same original can branch into separate crops, color spaces and output formats: 16:9 for video, 9:16 for social media and 4:5 for another publication. The process is non-destructive and avoids maintaining multiple source copies.
Graph presets save the overall structure, including adjustments, masks, crops, outputs and color spaces, and can be applied to an asset or a collection. Batch delivery can produce multiple variants across hundreds of files in one operation.
The same tools for stills and motion
Revela applies healing, frequency separation, curves, color wheels and masks to both still photographs and moving images. Pearla Mostra says frequency separation on video supports automatic tracking. Film looks include exposure-aware grain and halation.
Processing uses Pearla Wide Gamut with SDR and HDR workflows. The company claims Log video support for 800 cameras across 19 manufacturers. That figure describes stated format and profile compatibility rather than independently tested editing performance.
A catalog within the workspace
The catalog keeps files, selects, ratings, tags, notes, metadata, edits and exports together. The developer describes synchronization through existing cloud storage such as iCloud Drive and full support for PearlaRAW files produced by Verana.

Price and availability
The macOS edition is available for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 26.1 or later. A perpetual license costs $349, while a yearly subscription is $89.99. Each license supports two Macs, and a seven-day trial is offered. A separate official Greek-market price has not been verified.
Full iPad and iPhone releases are planned for later in 2026. Revela Lite is already integrated into Pearla Verana, while the collaborative Pearla Cloud service is also scheduled for later.
What we think
The compelling part of Revela is the idea of not rebuilding an edit for every destination. When a job needs website photos, vertical social content and video in different formats, branching outputs from one source makes practical sense. The potential payoff grows if those decisions carry consistently across many files.
A node-based interface also takes some learning, and a long feature list does not automatically replace a mature photo catalog or video editor. For people already working in Lightroom, Capture One or DaVinci Resolve, the useful test is a real mixed project: RAW stills, Log footage, masks and different exports. That will reveal whether the unified workflow actually saves time.
The perpetual price makes that evaluation important. At least a trial is available, letting creators judge the approach against their own files before committing.
