Street Shooters GR are organizing the international charity photography exhibition “Portraits for Parkinson’s | Time To Show My Art 2026 – USA Edition” in the United States.

The exhibition will take place on September 25 and 26, 2026, at the Greek Cultural Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, bringing together photographers from different countries in support of individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease.

The event is significant because it marks Street Shooters GR’s first major presence in the United States and connects photographic creation with a clear charitable purpose.

An international photography gathering

Street Shooters GR are an international photography community of professional and amateur photographers, active in several countries. The group began as a small creative community and evolved into an active network across Europe and the United Kingdom, while now expanding its activity into the United States.

“Portraits for Parkinson’s” aims to become a meeting point for creators, visitors, supporters and local communities, highlighting photography as a means of expression, communication and social contribution.

Photography with a charitable purpose

All photographic works presented in the exhibition will be available for purchase.

100% of the proceeds from photo sales will be donated to the Parkinson’s Foundation – New England Chapter, supporting actions related to Parkinson’s research, patient and caregiver support, community education and the development of care programs.

For Street Shooters GR, photography is seen not only as artistic expression, but also as a way to connect people, share stories and create a positive social impact.

The exhibition program

The first day of the event, Friday, September 25, 2026, will run from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will include the exhibition opening, brief remarks from organizers and partners, photography slideshows, sponsor and supporter presentations, portrait and group photography sessions, an interactive 360° photo booth, raffles, networking with photographers and information material about Parkinson’s disease and art therapy.

On Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the exhibition will remain open throughout the day and will include a Street Photography Workshop, photography activities, creative sessions, portrait sessions, group photographs, a 360° photo booth, special presentations and the opportunity to purchase photographic works.

Local support

The event is locally supported by AirFigProductions and Michael Epaul Photography, who contribute to the implementation of this international initiative in the United States.

The choice of the Greek Cultural Center in Springfield also carries symbolic value, connecting an international photography community with the Greek presence in Massachusetts.

How photographers can participate

The exhibition is open to photographers of every level and photographic style.

Each participant may exhibit up to two photographs, which will be available for purchase during the event. Physical attendance is not required, as works can be submitted electronically and the organizing team will handle printing, preparation and display at the exhibition venue.

This allows photographers from anywhere in the world to take part and support the charitable mission of the event.

A bridge between art and solidarity

Inspired by Tasos Livaditis’ phrase “The world exists only when you share it,” Street Shooters GR present an exhibition that seeks to bring together people, cultures and communities through photography.

The event is aimed at photographers, art lovers and visitors who want to support an initiative with social purpose, where every image can contribute to a greater cause.

What we think

Street Shooters GR’s initiative shows how a photography community can go beyond a simple exhibition and create real social value. Connecting photography with support for people living with Parkinson’s gives the event substance and a clear reason to exist.
